"Guests who come to The Broker want to feel special in every way, from the moment they come in until the moment they leave. We help them achieve this - with our atmosphere, with our food, and especially with our service." Guests have made this Denver Steakhouse what it is today. The knowing observer can spot out-of-town celebrities, sports personalities, politicos, and some of Denver's most prominent citizens enjoying lunch or dinner. It is truly a living Denver landmark. Located in the old Denver National Bank building, this Old World steakhouse offers dining in private cherry wood booths once used by bank customers to view their safety deposit boxes. You can actually experience some of Denver's most romantic private dining inside the 100 year old bank vault. Tour The Wine Cellar located 35 feet below ground in the original cash vault. We attribute our longevity to the great dining value that we offer." Lunch and dinner portions are generous and of high quality. We pride ourselves on fielding a dedicated and caring staff." In an era where replicas outnumber originals, The Broker Restaurant not only stands out as one of Denver's greatest steakhouses, but as one of its most original and authentic. "Take a few hours to experience what it would have been like during our city's Mining Fortune period. Imagine the elite 17th Street powerbrokers and investors coming down our elegant wrought iron stairway. Have a little trip, if you will, of a time out of mind."

Beautiful Beaux Arts decor, amazing service, lovely ambience, delicious food. Groupon deal was great. Wedge salad kicked butt, split filet mignon entree was absolutely delicious. Rockin' the bread pudding. Full bottle of wine to boot. No complaints here. Except to say going without a Groupon would be a bit too pricey. Even with the deal; with an added shot of whisky and the tip the total spent was $124 for two.

I bought a Groupon for this place downtown. Vintage carpet and vintage everything. It's actually pretty cool in the bathrooms. The sinks and walls are original and extremely thick. We ate in the vault under the bank. It was an interesting entrance. Portion sizes were so large it was kind-of overwhelming. You most certainly will have leftovers, but they didn't reheat well. We got shrimp for appetizer...I think there were about 50 in the bowl. Entrees were the filet and crab, very tasty and of course I had to get their signature dish, the prime rib with horseradish...awesome! The creme Brulee was great and creamy. It was a good dinner overall with great service. A good Denver experience.

Went here for date night and was more than impressed! The shrimp, the wine, the prime rib the creme brule! All perfectly prepared. Can't wait to go back next time we are in Denver.

I took my Board of Directors here for a nice dinner and business meeting. We had a beautiful and quiet private room. It was set up perfectly for us. The service and food were definitely outstanding. The value was actually quite good for the excellence in food, drink, ambiance and service. I would definitely recommend The Broker, and we will reserve here next time we are in Denver.

They brought our group out a bunch of shrimp on the house. We were just there for drinks after the festival of lights parade. They were still doing tours at 11pm of the building.
